Ms. Emmer

“I believe that our past experiences can influence the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and respond to situations in the present. Therapy can be an opportunity to better understand our patterns and develop new ways of moving forward. I believe therapy can help people understand patterns that may be keeping them stuck, heal from experiences that continue to aAect their lives, and develop greater self-awareness, self-trust, and resilience.”
